• One account per person. Keep your login secure.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Your content

You own your content. You grant PingShot a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, hate, sexualization of minors, or graphic violence.
• No spam, scams, or impersonation.

Limitation of liability

PingShot is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid (if any) in the 12 months prior.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
